Activity data without surveillance.
The agent records the application in front, active and idle time and session events such as logon and lock. You define the categories. Reports describe the work and never score the person.

How it works
Set the policy. Tell people. Read the patterns.
-
Step 01
Set your capture policy
Choose how window titles are kept, set working hours and list applications to leave out. The agent applies it on the device.
-
Step 02
Publish your notice and enrol
Publish your employee notice from a template, then roll out the visible Windows agent. It shows the notice at first logon.
-
Step 03
Read team reports
Active and idle time, applications by your categories and AI-tool adoption. Groups under your minimum size are withheld.
What it records
Four things, recorded openly.
On the work computers you enrol, under the policy you set. Meeting applications count as active, and time counts as idle after 5 minutes without input by default.
What the agent records
- The application in front
- The window title, as your policy allows
- Whether there was input or the machine was idle
- Logon, logoff, lock and unlock, with the Windows account
What it never records
- Screenshots or screen recordings
- Keystrokes
- Clipboard, files, mail or messages
- Camera, microphone or location
- Biometrics
No setting switches these on.
Your data is never used to train models, sold or shared across customers.
Your capture policy
A policy you set, enforced on the device.
The agent applies the capture policy on the device. Window titles, application lists and working hours control the application and activity data sent to the service.
- Window titles
- Kept in full, as a one-way code or not at all.
- Redaction rules
- Replace matching parts of a title with [redacted] on the device.
- Working hours
- Application and active or idle time are recorded only inside the hours you set. Device status and session events, such as logon and lock, can still be reported outside them.
- Allow and deny lists
- Record only listed applications, or never record the ones you name.

Window titles
Full One-way code (selected) None
A one-way code: the same title gives the same code on that device, and the title itself is never stored.
-
Redaction rules : 2 rules · replace matches with [redacted] on the device
-
Working hours : Mon to Fri, 09:00 to 19:00 · Asia/Kolkata
-
Deny list : 3 applications never recorded
-
Meeting apps : 2 counted as active while in front
-
Idle after : 5 minutes without input
Applied on the device before anything leaves it. Every saved version is written to the audit log.
Reports
Reports that describe the work.
Sums and counts over time, by team, application and category. There is no score, rank or prediction anywhere in them.
-
Overview
Totals, the active and idle trend, categories, top applications and attendance.
-
Teams
Each team’s totals, trend and categories. Viewers see aggregates only, never a named person.
-
People
For org admins, and for managers within their own teams. Every look is written to the audit log.
-
Your categories
Productive, neutral and unproductive are what you define, for the organisation or for one team.
-
AI-tool adoption
How much the applications you flag as AI tools are used across your teams.
-
Exports
Queue CSV or Excel exports of the reports and download them when they are ready.
Reading the numbers
Read the numbers responsibly.
The rules that keep the figures honest are built into the product, so they hold on every plan.
- Active is not productive
- Active means input happened or a meeting app was in front. Reading, thinking and phone calls can look idle.
- Small groups withheld
- Team and organisation figures for groups under your minimum size (5 by default, 2 to 100) are withheld.
- Every look is logged
- Opening a page about a named person writes to the audit log, and the page says so.
- People decide
- No productivity scores, rankings, alerts about a person or automated decisions.
- Per device
- Totals are counted per device. Shared computers are not split by person.
For employees
Sent here by your employer?
The agent on your work computer is visible: a tray icon, a notice at first logon and an entry in installed programs. When a manager opens a page about you, that look is written to the audit log.
-
What it records
The application in front, window titles as your employer’s policy allows, active or idle time and logon, logoff, lock and unlock events. Working hours limit application and active or idle time. Device status and session events can still be reported outside them.
-
What it never records
No screenshots, screen recording or keystrokes. No files, mail, messages, camera, microphone or location. No score or ranking of you.
